HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

1-3 business days after you have received your order confirmation.
All orders will be sent via SF Express. Tracking details will be sent directly to you via email.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM?

If you select pickup, your order can be picked up from Unit 804, 8/F, East Ocean Center, 98 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong.

Orders can be picked up Tuesday to Friday, from 2pm - 6pm.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address you have provided. You can track your package from the link provided in this email. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us at hello@secco-hk.com.
